I often visit my parents where they live, in the mountains of Arizona. Whenever I’m there, I am always greeted by a young native girl who is in spirit. Our encounters started off with doors mysteriously being shut, lights turning off, and random items falling off. After a few days of this, I told this spirit, ‘ok ok I know you are here! Let’s talk…’  The story that follows is about the magical experiences I had with the spirits of the land.

When she introduced herself to me, I instantly felt a connection to her and her story. Each time I would visit, I would learn a bit more about her and her experiences. On one of my recent trips, she told me that she, her family, and the whole tribe were ambushed by another tribe. That story will have to wait for another article.

Yesterday, I had a very powerful experience with this spirit and her tribe. It started out like it usually does, this young girl stands at my bedside when I start to fall asleep. I always request that we talk another time. So she left. But then as I was having a quiet moment to myself the next day, she came to me again. She told me it was important so I followed her outside.

She requested that I bring cornmeal as an offering. As I sprinkled the cornmeal onto the nearly frozen ground, they showed me the pattern that they wanted the cornmeal in. As I finished the pattern and sat down, instantly I saw the chief and the tribe behind him and I asked how I could be of assistance. 

He told me that there was an issue with part of my parent’s property.

He explained that because of the trauma they experienced so many years before (the ambush), the energy got stuck in a way and the land needed assistance to heal it. They showed me the place and as I stood there in the middle of it, I instantly felt the chaotic energy. There was so much red and I quickly felt uncomfortable and moved. I had noticed this spot on my parents land before and thought it may be a portal so I asked the chief if that’s what he was. He affirmed what he said before, saying it was a trauma that needed to be healed in the land. 

I had never done a healing on the land before, I’ve only ever worked with people. But I called in a few arch angels and asked them to assist me with the healing. As we pulled out the trauma energy, I began to see sort of flashback slides of what the land was like hundreds of years ago, the people who lived there, and the awful ambush that happened. 

Once I felt the healing was complete, they showed me a beautiful technique to anchor sunlight energy into this place to begin the healing process for it.

When this was finished, I asked if any of the spirits wanted a healing. They mostly all said no until the young girl stepped forward. We worked on her for a while, removing a dagger-like knife from her sternum. She thanked me as did the tribe and I asked if there was anything else they needed. 

They showed me a sort of headstone marker in this place. So we found a rock that wanted to be a part of the healing of this land and placed beautiful things around it. They told me that they were the guardians of this land, not just my parent’s property. And they asked to work more with my mom, when she gardens, feeds the birds, and is just outside in general. 

I closed sacred space and thanked them for trusting me to assist them with this healing. The energy in this part of the land is continuing to feel more and more stable and the spirits seem more settled as well.
