Meditations and Journeys
I designed this meditation to support my clients and fellow lightworkers with their energy. As empaths and highly sensitive people, we tend to pick up energy from other people and spaces, this energy work will help you clear your aura as well as tone and clear your chakras. As you do this practice, you’ll begin to notice yourself hopefully feeling better and also being able to tap into your intuition with more ease.
It is a shamanic belief that one of the causes of disease is soul loss. When we experience a trauma, the soul can fragment off leading to all sorts of symptoms. In this journey, you will be guided by your higher self to a place in time where you experienced soul loss. We will do a healing on this trauma and retrieve that lost soul fragment and reintegrate her.
In this journey, we visit the quantum field- also known as the field of possibilities. We will connect to your highest timeline, the one you dream of, and meet your future self. This is a powerful journey for both clarity and manifestation.
This journey will take us to the shamanic lower world where you will meet your power animal. The power animal is a potent friend to have, as they assist and guard your personal power. Receive guidance from your power animal, as well as a healing in this journey.
Workshops
It is a shamanic belief that one of the roots of disease comes from power-loss. In this workshop you’ll learn about power-loss and how to prevent it in the future. We go on a journey to meet your power animal and also do a healing to retrieve your personal power. This is a recording of a live workshop.
In this workshop, I share with you tools that I’ve developed to connect with my own intuition as a psychic medium and healer. I explain how knowing your intuitive style (the clairs) makes it easier to receive intuitive information. I also share about who your higher self is and why working with her helps you with your connection to spirit and your intuition. At the end, I guide you through a lovely meditation where you will meet your higher self.
In this summit, I am speaking with 9 of my friends and colleagues that are all powerful intuitive mentors. We discuss all topics relating to intuition, spirit guides, wealth and abundance, nature and spirits of the land, even spiritual motherhood and business.
